Well, I had a brilliant excuse! I'd just had my eyes lasered, so was sitting in my best friend's lounge, being a pampered princess on the sofa, sending her out for salt'n'vineagr crisps, lucozade and liqourice allosrts, while I sat there , in sunglasses, with the curtains drawn, complaining that it was still too light.......
No booze.
Musn't rub my eyes for 2 weeks, so that the cornea heals properly, so I don't want to risk any accidental rubbage.
