I know how ya feel pet. 
It is a nightmare trying to quit. Thinking about giving it a go again myself, now that i've finished work.

I've heard that the hardest thing about giving up isn't giving up smoking, it's starting again that you'e got to worry about...

Are you using anything to help, like patches, or are you going cold turkey? or cold

I gave up using Patches on 31st January 2004 at 11.45pm..... and never touched one since!!
I even forgot to use the patches too.. so VV received loads from me to help her to quit too!...When she is ready that is!
ps... Move the patches around until you find a comfortable area.. sometimes they are difficult to place.

Well, it's different for everyone I know when they quit, but I found reading "the easy way to stop smoking" by Allen Carr a big help. And for a mere £6.99 that's less than a week's supply of patches.
