I have to go back to my clinic this friday(27th)..n while i'm there i'm gonna raise the subject of NRT.I need to give up smoking,I've needed to for a long time and tried before,albeit half heartedly..but this time will be different..because I have to..it's not only hurting me now but someone I love more than
anything,and the thought of being without him is a lot worse than the worst of the withdrawl n cravings could be..so i'm gonna do it..cos I promised I would..and hopefully i'll have spent a few days 'clean' before I next get to see him.
It's not gonna be easy though..its tied in with my bpd n tendancy to self destruct for a long time..so i need to break that too..
i'm gonna try though..harder than i ever have..<loveblush>
I'll keep a progress record here too..
