I don't know if its having been so ill and stuck home for so long , thogh of course thats contributed, but I seem to be balancing on a see saw just now. One minute I'm ok, next I'm dreadfully paranoid and insecure. I've not been as bad in a long while, I'm considering talking to my dr about raising my anti depressant dose. In the mean time I can only ask that people bear with me. I do want to be here and as involved as I was , but thats hard when I keep getting a wave of paranoia and insecurity telling me no one could give a damn whether I'm here or not and I'm not wanted anyway.. unfortunately logic and stuff holds no water against such thoughts as they just try and back themselves up with evidence of their own, silly stuff like never getting an email, hmmm

I really just don't understand them sometimes I'd noticed you'd been a bit more ... prone to react as you had the other day of late in conversations on here Hopefully you'l soon be feeling well again and out and about and that'l make a huge differnce, I know myself when I'm pent up in the house days on end without going outside or seeing anyone other than my lodger it can begin to feel very clostrophobic and everything easily gets blown out of proportion Anyhow, this birthday extravoganza of debauchery you were talking about?
