Cause a young girl got killed this year about less than 20 kilos away from my home , Nobody kids around here have been out during the summer hols all the kids stayed indoors.
Also at the beggining of the year some guy topped his wife and kids between school and home everybody had to take another road home

Looks like I was drunk in charge of a computer again last night but
Yes a young girl 6 was murdered not so far from here about 10 miles away left in the roadside gutter and about 100yds away a man killed his wife and 2 adult children cause he had retired n couldn't see a future for them . Both happened this year .I found out about the closest one by hearing about 5 helicopters going round n round this area very low going out to see what was happening n seeing police every where roads cordened off tv vans with 30ft extentions coming out of the roofs cams on up high > that day the kids had to come home the long way .This summer holiday teachers adviced all the kids to stay in doors. This all happened this past year .
My daughter 10 yrs old is 20 pounds heavier than any other female in her familly this side of the world her mother is next biggest n she's a size 7 english size about 51kilos the rest of the women grandma greaty grandma n aunts n cousens all are less than 50 kilos .
She looks fat too

ms Know-it-all-advice, take it or leave it...
Stop carbonated drinks. Stop buying sweets. Stop buying fatty snacks, but I think sugar is worse.
Go out together with her, drive to a park, and just walk. Walk with her in shops, if that is what it takes. Staying indoors is NOT healthy, even if it's a scary neighborhood. Invite friends to the walks and trips, staying 2 meters away from the group (not more, perhaps). Walk walk walk.
for your daughter, Moonraker!

She is not into sugary things we dont buy carbonated drinks ,she likes to cook n she likes eating large portions often, her mother used to take her for a walk at night when its cooled down a bit its still 35c again today she doesn't like shopping she's also quite a tomboy really.
Personally I don't think it's a scary neighborhood,

Find her a football team? A hockey (lawn or ice...) team, ice skating? Sports might work for a tomboy? And take those walks up again...
Good stuff that she isn't into junk foods, real meals are probably better. But it seems indoor boredom should be fought?

About nine stone at 160 cm is a healthy bmi, I believe. However, if she's carrying it as fat, and there's a lot of excess, particularly round her middle, you probably want to encourage her to do more exercise. When she gets back to school she ought to be doing exercise there, shouldn't she?

She's carrying it around her middle and her legs she doesn't like sports but she will play with other kids when given the chance.Just no kids are out playing around n if they do get together they tend to sit around playing with gameboys or whatever no exercise in that

What about swimming? Kids generally love that & get to meet other kids too; no problem with getting too hot.
I don't know if you live near the sea, but if not, is there a swimming pool you could go to?

She does go swimming but only when she can find a friend to go in the pool with. That means using her bicycle which is good too. Im a chain smoker so I don't go but her mum takes her sometimes

Perhaps you might set an example by caring for your own health... And then you might do things together?
