I already posted about your other Entry, the Probate thing. Like tartaronne says, and unlike the other one, this is redeemable provided you actually want to work on it.
There could be a serious and balanced piece on Realpolitik here, and it could eventually make the Edited Guide. No hobbyhorse for personal grievances allowed though. Understood?
Your choice then. Delete the other and you can expect constructive crit here.

This needs more than a lot of work. The majority of this is copied from Wiki.Even if the writer wrote it on wiki, which doesn't look to be the case, it still can't be used here.
