Hi!smiley - biggrin
I'm strolling around seeing who I can meet. I do that occasionally.
I'm Karen. Mother, Grandmother, and Step-Mother extrordinaire!smiley - weird
Feel welcome to pop into my little page. It's not very creative, but I do fumble with some writing when I get the chance.
Maybe we'll talk again sometime.

Hello Allende, again....

British comedy! Yes!
I was just telling someone else about having been raised on the likes of "Monty Python", "The Carry On Gang", and "Coronation Street" (not comedy, but funny just the same).
I had said that by watching those things, I learned that a Brits stoic exterior could be hiding any number of things, like a very wry sense of humor, and some very dirty little secrets.
"Mr. Bean" made me laugh until I cried, with his rendition of stuffing a Christmas Turkey. (I was pregnant at the time I saw it, so that could account for some of the extra emotion.) I got to see Rowan Atkinson live, in Picadilly Circus, for the premier of "Bean, The Movie". He is sure funny looking, in a handsome sort of way!
Well, I am off to pack. Moving is a terribly taxing business.
Take care of yourself.
Hope to talk to you again.
