Hello Emmily. I haven't been getting any conversation replies for more than three weeks. I haven't been posting much but have sent a few messages to Alji, who usually replies. I see that he has a lot of conversations going, so he may not have had time. Yesterday I spoke to someone (in person, not on here) who said he had sent me a message, but I didn't get it. He is new, and confused here. so that could have gone anywhere. But it has set me wondering if there is something I have done that has stopped me getting messages, Is that possible ? I have clicked to be informed of new conversations in case I had knocked that off. Would that stop me getting replies to old conversations? Or is no one talking to me.? Hope I get a reply from you.so I'll know if it's still working. From Pamela.

I don't know of anything you could have accidently done, other than accidently unsubsribibg from the threads (I've done that a few times ) and you couldn't do that without knowing you'd done it, because you get a 'You have unsubscribed from this conversation page'

I thought your friend may have sent their message to a different Pamela, so I checked, there is only one other Pamela, and she never activated her space, and there are no messages on it. There is a ..PAMELA.. but I don't think you friend would've sent message to that Pamela, maybe, like you said, he's new and confused

that that leaves the only option, that no-ones replying, maybe they've been busy, or the thread has been over-looked by them. I often miss threads, because they go onto sencond page, and I don't always click to see more conversation.

Hi Alji. Welcome back. I've left a few messages on my Page too Wide thread. I'm still not sure what you mean, and still having problems with Table Borders.

Also wondering if changes being planned here will affect my Internet box.

I tried to start a new conversation on Jane's thread and had a message saying Book of the Future is closed,and I couldn't post it. So how can she get new messages?

I don't know how I got in here tonight, as I only just realised that I'm logged in with my nickname and password from the Radio two board ,as I was there earlier.

I see Dai has found the Garden page.I replied to him, but he,s not very comfortable here,at the moment. It's more difficult than the message boards.

There's a message on Jane's page for her to register on one of the other DNA sites. The only change being made is to 'Book of the Future'.
"The Book of the Future site will effectively become an archive that people can refer to rather than a 'living' site. I realise this may not be ideal for many of you who still use the site regularly but we are sure your community enjoyment will be enhanced by being on a busier dynamic site."

Hello Alan. I'v-taken the fancy line break out again. but the page still looks the same width on my screen. I know it looks different on computers ,so I hope its O.K on yours now. I moved the bottom poem to a new guide entry, but can't get a border arond it. How do I do it.? Pam.

Add BORDER="1" to this , like this - . The number alters the width so border="6" will be wide and border="1" will be narrow.
