Arthur: "Ah, this is obviously some strange usage of the word "safe" that I wasn't previously aware of"

Isn't it amazing when you go through and reread the "trilogy" who many phrases have come into common usage, it also happens with monty python. There are people out there who have never read or heard or seen any of it, but who are ,all unawares, quoting and paraphrasing Douglas and the MP team.

It's true!!! I was talking with a friend from uni, and I said something to them about a number, and they yelled out "42!" and when queried, had no idea where they picked it up from - I explained, and they were intrigued (these are not people who actually read for pleasure)...it's great though - at least they're informed about the vital points of life!
