my religion beliiefs and practises i have tried to keep as traditional as possible. It fits in with me and i want it all as pure as possible. As you may have guessed from what snake said, i teach people, it is the traditional essence that i teach..

I suspect I'll put my foot into it again, but here goes anyway: is there, then, something like the christian bible, with certain practices/beleifs handed down within it (disregarding the fact for a moment that half of them aren't in there...). Or more an underground oral record?

be careful then... if you have too much in there and it falls into the wrong hand then it can be very very dangerous....

dont worry about it too much... you really need to worry when it comes to running your own coven...

Dragon Posted Mar 7, 2002
you will only run a coven if you want to and learn all that is needed... you are going in the right direction... so yes i can see you running a coven, my advice is join one first as you are still a solo witch at present.. you still have not asked the right question yet..

Is the secrecy a leftover from the days of presecution, would you say? Or is there another reason?

The Red Wiccan - Keeper of Eyeboogers and other bits of goo Posted Mar 11, 2002
Hello Dragon
It's been suggested by that lovely lady sssssnnnnake that I pay you a visit. I've been reading up on Wicca for about 6 months now, so I'm what you might call a newbie to all of this.....
I only wished that I had found it ages ago, it just all seems to make sense
I'll leave you alone now - see you around?
Louise
