Oooh I do love Tuesdays. For a few reasons.
1. I've usually fasted on Monday. So I wake up after a great nights sleep, feeling lighter and slimmer, ready to enjoy my breakfast.
2. Husband is cooking, it's usually something with leftover Sunday roast, currently he's perfecting a Jamie Korean barbecue beef thing, which is rather tasty.
3. It's Lisburn Scottish dance class- 5 minutes away, and it was my introduction to Scottish so it's rather special for me.
4. My day off is Wednesday, so I can enjoy a glass of wine when I get back, and possibly even get a lie in tomorrow ( yeah right, like the dogs understand that!)
5. My day off is Wednesday and I always have something planned that will make me smile.
6. My day off is Wednesday which makes Tuesday much more bearable at work.

Then you'll enjoy tomorrow even more! 
I do love a Wednesday off work, too. Friday's my favourite, but Wednesday comes close. Two mini two-day-weeks are eminently do-able, even if work's being a drag.
