Posting another early entry today, as I'm off to a business conference in Donegal later, and not sure what my internet access will be like.
Lots of dashing around yesterday - the auditors are in doing our year end figures, so I had to field some questions from them. Then I dashed out to Carrickfergus to get feedback on my performance at an assessment day a couple of weeks ago. And then I had Scottish dancing demo class in Holywood. This is a hard working class, and Jean, the 80 year old instructor, expects perfection! But I so enjoy learning new skills and techniques, especially in a hobby that I've been involved in since I was 3 years old! (Well, not Scottish, I've only been doing that for 3 years, so I'm delighted to be asked to be on the demo team already. And keen to impress Jean...)
But I did find a 20 minute slot to go clothes shopping for my hen night. Tesco's sale rail was my port of call, and I found a lovely black silky number with a little rose detail, marked down from £14, to £7, to £4. When I got to the till, it showed up as 4p! The cashier laughed when I told her what it was for, and we agreed it was obviously meant for me

4 pence?
That was obviously a data-input error. Were Tesco happy to let you have the garment at that price or did they try to make excuses?
