Superfrenchie

It's ten past ten.
That's 22:22.
I like that.
smiley - biggrin

One of my little joys in life have to do with "pretty" numbers.

Clocking out for lunch at 12:34 is probably my favourite, but 12:12 is also quite cool.
And I won't even mention the times when I manage to clock out at 18:18.

Also, we secretaries are the ones in charge of giving reference numbers to all letters sent by our colleagues, as well as the emails that we receive from the outside.
So I'm always grinning when I get to number 1111, or more recently we had number 2828, and probably before the weekend we will get 2882. smiley - biggrin
Then, there's my birth year. That's the one I really *really* want to grab myself (won't let my colleague have that one, oh no, Sir! That's right, over my dead body!), but the years when something important happened are nice too.
I quite like 1066, of course, or 1215, or 1789 (which has the added quality of having 7-8-9 as a bonus!).
And pretty much all the 1900s too.

Am I abnormally silly?
smiley - silly

If you're silly, so am I smiley - sillysmiley - laugh

It is a small consolation to me when I clock off after 5pm if it is actually 18:12!

I also pay attention to the mileage on my car - 14441 was a good one, for example smiley - biggrin

You can call me TC

I love my bank account number - it's made up of the same number to the power of three and four. And my mobile phone number is also a clever sequence of numbers, too.

There's always great rejoicing in the office when someone gets an order number with lots of 000000s at the end, or a pallindrome or any other pretty number. We always say they have to bring a bottle of smiley - bubbly but they never do. It's very frustrating when these lovely numbers happen to be for a credit note or a silly little replacement order.

They're everywhere, these magic numbers.

Woke up this morning at pi o'clock!
That's right, 3:14.
I did go back to sleep after that, but not before having taken a picture!
smiley - biggrin

I agree, TC, I'm always a bit frustrated too, when a letter with a pretty number is for something not very nice or original.

I also took a picture the other day, when my car said I'd driven (drived? droved? smiley - erm) 444 kms.
