A man came into the supermarket where I work today. He had a bottle of rum with about a quarter left in the bottom.
He said to the customer service person "I bought this rum yesterday and it's made me feel really ill"
They actually gave him his money back!
Does that mean I can start saving my empty wine bottles and if I get a hangover, take them back for a refund?

I have my bottles all ready to take back on Monday.
Thhis should mean I never have to pay for my drinks ever again. What a cunning plan!

Yeah, but hang on, did they only let the guy have his money back because there was some left? Or would they still pay up if the bottles were actually empty?
Apart from that, we could be on to something here, I *always* feel bad after drinking a bottle of wine

As far as I know the store has a policy of refunding money without question. However, I think it would always be fair to leave a little bit in the bottom of the bottle just for effect.
(and don't be suprised if the staff treat you like you're a criminal.)
