Guitar-ing and sing-ing

A couple of days ago I promised myself I'd spend some more time with my guitar.
My fingertips are pretty sore but I've found it really helpful to step away from the real world and sing songs of another life*.
I'm not great but I do now have enough fluency to accompany myself to a couple of things, which is big progress for me.
And now practice time is over, time for vacuuming. Oh, the excitement!

F major went OK, but I haven't picked up the guitar once since the event happened (which I was learning it for). I put the guitar away upstairs when I got home and of course promptly forgot that it existed.
