Life, that is. And not even ; he's just getting on with growing up and being wonderful.

I'm in the research stage of attempting to set up a business. It's all to do with baby slings and it's getting to the stage now where it's getting a bit real. Not completely real - it's not like I've made a decision or forked over any cash - but I'm starting to solidify how I'm going to aim and what sort of services I'm going to offer, and I've booked myself on a proper babywearing course to become qualified.

After that... who knows. It's all still a bit scary and a high cost to start up (well, not like starting a mining operation but high enough to make me squirm). But it is possible!! Eeep!

I'd suggest getting tickets to the next promotional show for Baby stuff, (eg the NEC) those shows can be real mind openers to what else is on offer and how they are promoting things.

Thanks everyone! It's just a bit scary because I think I have to aim reasonably big in order to succeed, I can't just start out tiny and grow because I'll just fizzle out. Which means asking a bank for finance. Which means a proper business plan. And figures. And proof of my market assumptions. Argh!
