Thank you every one.
We are starting to get used to each other a bit, although obviously nights are still difficult! The early difficulties with breast feeding are starting to die down and we are starting to get some nice long sleeps, at least during the day!
I'm still not back online yet but I wanted to pop on here and let you guys know how things were.

I've written up a few thoughts on the birth at A87740067. It's not a happy read, but if you are interested then you are welcome to read through it. Once again it's more for me - I found the process quite traumatic and talking and writing about it is helping me process it.
Anyway, once again, thanks, and sends hiccups and curious stares at you all.

Oh poor Vip! how horrid for you to endure all that, but your baby looks 100% worth it. Good little boy letting you sleep now and then, just roll with it and put your head down when he does, take care and enjoy those snuggles.
