Edit me, and I'll be your best friend.

Why does it seem to take forever to edit a story? 40 minutes to edit and print a short one, and about 25 minutes to sort out a second longer one.
And I look at them both and I want to vomit, but go figure.
Such a pain in the backside. And considering I came online and then didn't feel like posting anything, I might as well go away again soon.
I would not recommend writing if you want an easy life. Too many words, too much self-loathing, too much decimation of the rainforest for your own neurosis'...
I have *no* idea how I got this far, but I figure I can't quit now. Might as well attempt to have some kind of status to take with me to the school reunion in a few decades...

They've made whole movies on the school reunion concept. I'm thinking of coming back to my 10-year reunion and telling people I became a contract killer, a la Grosse Point Blank.

"Romi & Michelle's High School Reunion"
Have you seen that one? The perils of being caught out if you are lying...!!
I'd rather be famous, so that everyone was waiting for me to turn up. And I arrive in a black stretch limo with my uber famous husband.
Or the contract killer thing. That's just as good! Only like Ghost Dog : Way of the Saurai style...

I haven't seen that one, but I've been told about it. Something about coming back and telling everyone that they invented the post-it note...

It's a pretty good film. Sums up how to deal with a reunion perfectly.
No hot topics on h2g2 today. How dull.

Yes indeedie. I might actually get some work done today.
I'm just grousing about roommates on my space with Nyssa. They just bought a new (used) car over the weekend; from what I know about their finances, they've now extremely dependant on my monthly rent check to keep them from dropping into deep debt.
I also complained about the smell a couple of nights ago. They seemed contrite, and opened all the windows to air out the place, but the real test will be to see if they maintain it, or just go back to their old habits when I stop complaining.

The reason I'm staying is that it's really close to my work, and rent there is about $100/month cheaper than I can get anywhere else. Plus I don't like moving.

Well if it's only for convenience then quite yer whining!!
I don't have the answers here mister...I am but a little girl...
And hungry with it...
Have to nip offline for tea now...I wish you good luck. Hope they stick to their promise. You can always sue them if you get lung/mouth/throat/tongue cancer!!!!!

I'm sure I've already missed my school reunion. I've moved way too much for people to keep track.
I wouldn't fit in anyway, I think I'm the only one who wasn't a parent before they weren't a teenager.

Everyone says the same thing. Drives me up the wall...
"Need any proofreaders?"
"I'll read it through if you want?"
Gets on my s
The Guy With The Brown Hat sent me the two Queen Adreena albums (albeit bootlegged)...so don't think I am not being serious about the exchange of music for stories...
Mind you. I have to specify it all.
