h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Having just submitted another Entry to the Peer Review (at A895061 if anyone wants to take a look)...I'm now thinking of what to do next. I would quite like to do "The Books of Gavin Baddeley" next. But I want to do something else too...lots of resources in my room.

Ohh, I did try an article on cross dressing and fetishism.
But I really didnt get anywhere.
Loads of suggestions from other people though.

Maybe a cross over from your area into fashion and culture etc?

I'm sorry if I had, it just from your tone etc I kinda guessed you were interest in alternative culture etc and the book reference was a bit if a clue that is all.

I'm quite into alternative stuff on the whole ( though lead a very average life I guess )

Also you clear stand on politics and religion does appeal to my sense of " thing"

I see! I am! But I'm not too hot on the fashion aspect. Might do something in relation though...I'll have a think.

What alternative stuff do you like? And "thing"???

I'm interested in the lines between alternative stuff and mainstream.
If you look at my space you'll see that I am of an age where punk was radical for me at 17 / 18 but has been accepted into the mainstream.
Joe Strummer got proper obituaries for gods sake, how weird is that!

Also aspects of Fetishism and so on and how that is being used by more err... normal people. ( I have a large collection of them, fetishes that is ).
You would never see latex or Pvc etc outside sex shops but now are fashion materials. Even boys mags ( FHM etc ) have kinky stuff these days.

Where religion and politics turn bonkers and why, and why their counterparts, ie satanism, pagan religions, cults etc or out landish political views can carry on despite the " moral majority".

Alternative lifestyles and how they co exist with the modern world, do they complement each other?

Combine any of these and I'm hooked!!!!!


"thing" is a general purpose word to describe any thing really.
Interest, liking, disliking, tools, cars etc.
If you can think of a proper word then Thing will do.

I see. That's a new idea. I'll have to ponder than for a while!!!
