Right, this is just the first of my totally insane projects in The Factory. Also, all copywrites are the property of the respective owners, I'm just doin' this for fun!
Cost= 5pts per model.

Squad: 5-20 Skaven.
Weapons: Lasgun/Autogun.
SPECIAL RULES:
Strength in numbers: Skaven use the Mob Ld rules in the Ork Codex (basically, Ld = number of models in the unit, so if there is 12 or more, they're fearless!).
Life's cheap: Skaven may fire into close combat or through friendly squads. However, any shots that miss will hit the friendly unit!

I have found what i beleive to be a 'Space Skaven' in the 40k Rulebook - pg116 - apparently the foul rat-things have change their name to 'Hrud'. Look closely and next to the Kroot Warriors foot you'll see a rats tail! *Shock, Horror!* Aha!

No, they're not Skaven at all! Skaven are notoriously camera shy and refused, on several occasions, to be photographed (the pic from the Warhammer Skaven Regiment box was found stapled to the cameraman's head...). Still... I like the Idea of Hrud, I'd better check Portent...
Oh yeah, I forgot....

The Hrud cloak had me fooled - little did I forget that if it was a Skaven, there would have been an over-sized snout hanging out. Still, I am not alone in my veiws, and it still looks shifty. Camera shy? Cloak? Still could be a Skaven who decided to let its snout go under the knife - or it could have had a freak accident involving a pie-launching Railgun, or a Land Raider. Or an Orks 'Uge Choppa.Or I could stop talking rubbish and admit I was wrong. NEVER!
Oh yeah, I forgot....

Hmmm... Sounds like old 'Flat Face'. He worked for me in the Factroy for a while, but was killed when the Claymore went mad (squashed Skaven take AGES to clean up!). Sigh! I'll miss him...
Well that's long enough! There's plenty more around!
Oh yeah, I forgot....

umm...
found the conversation on Hamish's space...
(I am not just a moose, but a Tyranid player at the same time...)

NO! ARGH!! TYRANIDS!!!
Seriously though, don't you think 'Nids are a little too tough? I've seen them win in assaults were even Blood Angels would fall. AND they've got way too powerful guns, they can't have both!
Oh yeah, I forgot....

'nids are not too tough, have you not seen the gaunts get completely desecrated by bolter fire?
I have, many a time... not just in my few games...
makes a horrible slimey mess every where...
The monsterous creatures still fall easily, damn the "shooot the big ones" rule...

anyway, i don't think you've told us which army you do yet...
or am i just being stoopid and ignorant?
Oh yeah, I forgot....
Wargamer (The Wanderer) Posted Feb 6, 2002
Three words: Hive Tyrant, Carnifex.
Anyway, I collect Space Marines and Imperial Guard, only my Space Marines have faced 'Nids but, sadly, they didn't win but it was a close game! (the only thing left was a Biovore, two spore mines and a Carnifex, praise the 5th Company!)
Believe me, Carnifex = unfair, unless your opponent has a Wraithlord (Curse you, Iyandes! Curse you Thylon!! Curse you all!!! ) or simmilar gigantic monsters, don't you agree?
Oh yeah, I forgot....
Iyandes Posted Feb 6, 2002
Why are you cursing my Farseer and Hi. I collect S.Marines (my own chapter) and the Eldar. My Farseer is called IYANDES and my wraithlord is called THYLON who has been responsible for the death of many.
Oh yeah, I forgot....
Wargamer (The Wanderer) Posted Feb 6, 2002
Damned Wraithlords, mutter mutter
*stomps off cursing all Carnifexs, Hive Tyrands, Greater Daemons and Wraithlords*
Oh yeah, I forgot....
Wargamer (The Wanderer) Posted Feb 8, 2002
It killed it in assault, despite the fact I shot it with 3 Twin-Linked Heavy Bolters (9 shots, STR 5, All re-rollable), an Autocannon, two Lascannons a Mega Battlecannon (Str 9 Ord.) and a Demolisher cannon!!! Not fair!
