hi.
some people that I know would say that the problem with reality is that it isn't real, and that you can sometimes spot the join.
you appear to have created two identical entries, reality and how to escape reality.
This can make updating them a real pain
I would recomend that you keep the reality one as it is (but extend it) and change the how to escape reality one to reflect the title, namely have it say something about escaping reality.
I would also recommend that you read the stuff about peer review before attempting to post there, as it is fairly busy, and thus mildly intolerant of people who don't obey the rules for submitting.
there are also quite a few rules about how the writing style needs to be done for peer review entries so that they are suitable to become edited guide entries.
I look forward to reading more of your stuff.

I'm sorry about the two identical guide entries.I dont know how to delete one, this is my first entry. I do have a question, is this entry the appropriate style for the guide?

there are quite detailed instructions for how to write for the edited guide.
these are available of either the contribute page or the peer review page (I can't remember which).
For other types of entry, this style is perfectly fine (if a bit sparce).
It is traditional in any type of writing to have the content and the title to have some tenuous connection, but otherwise no problem.
