Yesterday wasn't quite the birthday I would have chosen - suffering a painful throat infection, and having to attend a grueling appointment (please don't ask, I really can't face talking about it - I just keep reminding myself 
)
But, I've reached the magic number, that's quite gratifying in itself. Hooray!

Happy belated birthday! You know, when I turned 42, I thought about getting a T-shirt printed with, up front 'I AM THE ANSWER!'
and on the back
'...to the meaning of Life, the Universe and Everything'
...but never did - ah well...
