aha! A flan smiley.
I have a story about flan.
In my 1st year Spanish class, one of our vocabulary words was "el flan" it came with no translation on our vocab sheet so we asked our teacher what flan was. She said el flan meant flan. That wasn't particullary helpful so we asked "what's flan?"
She said it was like custard. We said- "what's custard?"
And the sad thing is- most of us actually didn't know what custard was.
