Hi Kitten! Thanks for the welcome! That's cool that you're into dream interpretation. I started in about ninth or tenth grade, and have since not had a whole lotta time to spend on it smiley - sadface. But I hope to get back into it once I'm not swamped in school stuff! smiley - smiley Marchhare and I have had some discussions about the usefulness of dream books (the kind that tell you what certain symbols mean). Some of them are way off the wall (have you ever read Zolar's? - that's one of them), but some I've found a bit useful and even which made some sense (as far as what I originally thought my dream meant). What is your take on these?

Good to talk to you and hope to hear back soon!

hiya hun, sorry its taken so long to get back to you but ive been kinda busy, so what other things do you like?? ive been into the mystic arts now for about 6 years, my husband is a Hi Grade Witch and he has taught me alot. i have been trying to learn the tarot but its taking a lot of getting used to, but i seem to be able to interpret dreams pretty well so thats what im focusing on at the moment. i will eventually get back to the tarot but for now i'll stick with the dreams.

Hi Kitten! I'm also trying to learn the Tarot - received a deck for my birthday from March Hare, and am still getting used to it. I wish I could do more readings, but it's hard during the school year! I'm also into astrology. I can do basic birth charts (the kind that don't require lots of math and degree calculations and such - I'm horrible at math (tho' MH will probly disagree here)). So far I just do the charts for personality (i.e. not prediction), and I find it amazing at how accurate a lot of it is. I recently attempted relationship astrology - my chart with a friend of mine's, and also did my grandparent's. I wonder if there's a short-cut method to this, though - one relationship comparison took me almost an entire day to set up, an another half to interpret! But it's fun! smiley - smiley

Could you explain a little about your religion (if you don't mind, of course)? I had a couple friends in high school who were Wiccan and was wondering if what you believed fell along those lines. I love learning about different religions and what people believe.

Until next time....

The probloem with a lot of the dream books is that there was one silly sort of one written back in the 19th century, and most books nowadays use that as a base.

Yeah, you're good at math, it's those idiots that did the study book that couldn't figger it out. smiley - smiley

Charts take forever, man - I can't believe you can figure those things out.. I still don't get them. I have to go to Magus if I want to know, but I'm usually all good with the intuitive "A is a pisces with a Cap moon, B is a Leo with a cancer moon, they'll get along like so" kind of stuff.

Hmm... FYI, wp, the vast majority of Fest is Wiccan... at Sonja's wedding, Eric (the one that's still alive) was the minister; he's an ordained Wiccan priest. (Is that the right terminology? I could never keep the terminology straight....)
