Put a tag at the beginning of each section of your space, and then put a tag at the end. I'm not entirely sure if the color will carry across headers or not, so you might need to add more depending on that. Probably, you'll need one at the beginning of your space, a before any badges, and then another tag after any badges.
I hope that's understandable...

Include ALIGN="centre" in the coding...
if you have any trouble seeing what I mean then visit my space and type TestUserPage infront of my usernumber deleting the U first to see how I got mine centred
