Now that I'm mostly settled in my new apartment, I have room to do some painting again. I'm going to do a very large painting for my sister. An abstract that's very dark but has some bright colors. Some of you have seen the design in emails. Also going to do a bright pink design. Oils are hard to work on because of the slow drying time, but the rewards are worth it. My Sis is going to buy me some round canvases, and some gorgeous additional oil colors. This will allow me to paint some mandalas. For those who want to see the designs ---

I agree JEllen, those designs are lovely! Best of luck with the oils! I haven't done anything in oil in ages. I have been doing a lot of pencil sketching recently ...
