hello again rsbohn, i am glad to find a fellow weird al fan. this sound really american and stupid, but did you see the behind the music on him??

Hello!

Post 10

RSBohn

No, it is my turn. To be stupid and american that is. What is Behind the Music? I did see him on the opening of the [three boys who look like girls] [oh yeah Hanson] video. And I watched the Saturday morning show once. I thought it was sad. Al is to talented for that sort of gig. One man with an accordion can make a difference.

Blather Blather Blather. Oh well.

Behind the Music is a bio of music stars on VH1. Each week they do a different person.

I own only one Weird Al video and no CD's so I'm not sure if I qualify as a fully-fledged fan. However, I have seen UHF at least four times, and I really like his stuff. I too, own an accordian and have already made a difference with it. Apparently, I was on the leading edge of a musical resurgence. I don't really know how to play it, but this guy in my church has agreed to teach me, and I've given him a tape of They Might Be Giants music. I am hoping to be able to play the Famous Polka by October.

I am a huge Weird Al fan and yes, I did see the Behind the Music, which is being repeated often this week......for anyone that has VH-1 I highly recommend watching it. Also recommend seeing him in concert if possible as he is a great live act and will sometimes stick around after and meet the fans. All around great guy..........just thought I would put my 2 cents in.

Cobblewiffle The Third

Weird Al is quite insane and extremely entertaining. I would be more of a fan, but I can't afford albums of any kind.

I don't have cable. So no VH1. I like 'Dare to be stupid' and always seem to break into 'Yoda' whenever someone mentions the small green guy.

I'm also a TMBG fan (I think I said this before somewhere).

A good weekend to all (unless you have other plans)

Am also a TMBG fan as they went to my alma mater (read college) for a semester before deciding to drop out and form a band. They came back to play while I was a student. Very funny group.
