My niece loves a little shoulder massage 
I saw something on TV one day about baby yoga, which was mainly about exercising the baby's limbs for something like 10 minutes a day to try and keep their natural suppleness going. The baby being yoga'd seemed to love it too!

I loved stroking and massaging youngest baby! Its very hypnotic for the parent too! He still loves his legs being stroked, and I find myself doing it unconciously when he's on my lap, especially if he's in his vest ready for bed and smelling scrumptious! 
Ooh, I've not heard or the yoga for babies, I'll have to have a look, or is this something that should have been started before now?
