A solid and apparently well-researched description of the cartoon. (Yes, watching every episode counts as research!) With a little tweaking, this could meet the requirements for the Edited Guide. For example, the title is amusing but would never make it into the Guide. The author's last conversation posting appears to be Oct 2000.
