I got this from W3 recommendations: Can C++ be embedded with C++, I can't install java GUI because my operating system will not take it. Will Work with some tweaking.

I would guess not - all I can find (admittedly a very quick search) on suggests that they're for Java applets, sound files, Flash files etc. - no mention of .exe files. Which makes sense - anything online should try to be platform agnostic, which a .exe file compiled from C++ wouldn't be (looking at your personal page I suspect you already know that )
Just curious - what are you trying to develop?

Yes you can, I had the brainwave why not look on Borlands site, C++ web builder as the name implies does write C++ to the web, and has a web based Visual Component Library, same as java classes. It only costs $2000 so I'm going to get one tomorrow, not.
I think it's probably worth re-installing the not for profit for educational use only Borland Builder I got, to see for instance if it can compile an activex program.

Wouldn't Flash be capable of doing what you're looking for? I've never gotten into Flash work but as it can be used for animations and scripting, and is targetted at the internet, I'd have said it was ideal. Who is your target audience?

The target audience is me I used to use Flash which costs several hundred pounds; a chap who owned a software company let me use his, and I had a massive completely non math site full of special effects, such as the flicker of the silver screen superimposed over the web page and transparent showing a film of clips of Tupac Shakur, the blowing up of my own town, the flashing lights of clubland with animated swan bouncers, hovering over provided text and see through behind, a jukebox, a radio, pages about surrounding villages with pictures and sound, pictures of my village taken from a graveyard with the sound of rabid dogs, and picturesque sights of Burton taken at midnight by lamplight, and through reflections in derelict shop windows. All that without a full stop and I won the Golden Web Award.
Can't afford Flash

Can I add, the website was more trouble than you can shake a stick at; I got the general condemnation of locals who saw it, total shock from my family because it had glamorous girls showing off their club gear in it, threats of legal action by club owners, and death threats from an american girl who sent me an awful angry photo of herself sporting a gun, who disagreed with my 2pac movie, something to do with the end where music stops dead and it whites out to show a rose and poem written by 2pac. Don't know if it was the whiting out, the rose or the poem she objected too.
But anyway, just by coincidence I was having a fight with BT and was cut off
The site no longer exists, and I wear slippers and drink now, I don't want to do anything like that again

On the contrary, it sounds like you'd be ideally placed to resurrect interest in maths amongst today's youth Just combine the two projects...
