Well... there's A543070 'Seven Secrets of Successful Programmers' but that entry lacks a definition of 'successful'.
It appears that these days 'successful' is the property of 'still being non-outsourced', a property that is greatly enhanced by producing NON-maintainable code.

Mind you, such cheating techniques are almost impossible in the one and only true programming language, Assembly!
