Not a Java coder by any means but am supporting the production Java installation (what a surprise!).
anyrate, we got some of thise 'ere Java stuff running on AIX.
Not my code here, but am getting the error message
transferConfig.getXcomInf..problem getting Information from PARTICIPANT_ID table. java.sql.SQLException: Exhausted Resultset
where do I start looking for this? What does it mean? What sort of problem is it? Help!

sounds like an empty table, but I'd wait to find a java Guru.

Sussed it!
They were using a .txt file on the OS to store the jdbc connect string including uname/password and oracle SID for the DB. Only they had copied it from another environment (which didn;t have the above table populated) and hadn;t updated it.
Therefore, table not populated was correct!!
Told them to use the right database next time.....
