hi, you can change the said to bar on a telewest box through e-mail, though, this is hard work and is a drag!

sure, if u r on tw then u need to goto the pics section, choose a type o pic, then copy the code EXACTLY as it appears in the box next 2 it.
if u r on a pc, just drag the text til its dark then right click the mouse on it and choose copy, then goto where u want it on ur page and then paste
