This shall be the new place for Can Something Come From Nothing.
To answer that question, I say yes...
I've already told you how... =)

I agree with you, Snikkers. I'm going to buzz back to the old forum and leave this link. This is much better. Thanks.

Way to go Snikkers!!! When I tried to start a new home for this forum-
they edited it away...without so much as bothering to tell me why.
I don't really care-but to be ignored is just plain RUDE...just in case anyone gives a care. So, here we go again...nothing IS 'NO-THING'
that's all. *Pan's approach to the question is to keep the answer very
simple*

Glad you lot have got just great weather - I am cheesed off with our lousy excuse for summer! Where does weather come from - OK, I've opened a can of worms!!

Well, I think we can thank God for the weather. Thank you God A.
We, in Southern Ontario, Canada, just got through the prerequisite 40 days and 40 nights of rain. Summer has just arrived.

Sorry Shrips...you're welcome for a visit! Oh...that's right...you'll
be going to the sea side...never mind
All our friendships "seemingly" came from nothing...but if you trace things (ALL THINGS) back far enough...EVERYTHING came from something!
If it makes you happy to know...it's raining here...of course it's 86
degrees...but it's raining! And Bear has managed to turn the pool the
strangest shade of green...the fellow who put the pool in was out for a ride yesterday, thought he'd faint when he saw the pool. HA! For
once it was someone other than me giving Bear Hell Ahh...

Talking about the beautiful colour green: I heard today that Heinz are to change their wonderful tomato sauce, which is a great colour red, to green, so the kids will want to eat it!!! This is one "kid" who will NOT be eating it any more - I mean, I really love green & don't actually like red too much, but on your food? Green? Uggh!!
&, no, it doesn't make it me happy that others are having to put up with rain also, however if you have great temperatures at the same time, well, who minds getting wet!! It's windy & cold here: the weather forecasters say it is more like October - I don't agree, we have had some lovely Octobers & this is definitely worse
I don't believe that you give Bear hell, just tell him to write to me & tell me that himself!!!
Oh dear, this has been completly "off subject" tut tut (as the Egyptians say!!)

Alicat & Pandora
Scuse this, I'm not too good at Geography, but do you two live fairly close together or is it hundreds of miles apart?
The seaside - Norfolk - is renowned for being one of the coldest coastlines around, but who cares there's the sea & the rolling waves & the dunes & ........... sorry!!

Why be sorry??? Except for the tut tut Shirps...for shame
Alicat & I share a lake...the opposite end of Erie. I've been were ali
lives many times! It's very pretty there!!! I'm actually closer to cloughie, just two States away! And I've been in his neck of the woods plenty too. If you look at a map of the U.S.-there's a sort of V in Ohio...I live right at the point of the V-my road goes right to the lake shore...which is now called the North Coast. It's the most dangerous lake in the States due to it's depths...the history of it & it's battles are quite interesting! It's just a short boat ride into Canada...where I'll be going soon to stock up on over the counter meds that you still need Rx's for here! Now it's raining AND windy here...
got a bit burnt in the pool yesterday-even though it was hot the wind 'bout blew me down! It's the oceans causing our weather screw ups!
How's THAT for Something From Nohing?!?

Hello - this is much nicer - just had to trawl all the way through the old thread to find the end *sigh*
I never understood why it is love in tennis, either, or why they are called seeds either (Wimbledon having just finished yesterday). In fact the whole sport thing is just a little too strange to me.

LOL. It's nice and quick here now, but most of the very serious people haven't shown up yet. They must have gotten tired of going through the old thread too.
Key: Complain about this post
