OK... I'm a newbie.
This is my first question:
How long do you spend time on computer?
I'm on computer like...5-7 hours every second day.

I ruined my first computer from overuse, I think. Most people can keep their laptop alive for quite a few years, but most people aren't on it every waking moment though.

From about 9 AM till lunch (about 12 midday), then 1 PM till about 7 PM, then often from about 8 till 11 PM, though soon as I've the new PC I'll be on a lot more often

I wonder if there's a correlation between the type of computer and how long one spends on the internet. I know I spend a lot more time on my wireless laptop than I ever did with my desktop.

Now, anyone know why we say 'on' the computer and not 'at' the computer?
Cos, personally, I find spending time on the computer to be quite a difficult balancing act, although it does keep me bum warm in the winter!

I used to spend a lot an awful lot more time on the PC It'd be from 9 till 1, then 2 till 7, then 8 till 4 or 5 AM then I moved somewhere a bit nicer one day I'll 'get a life' then hopfully the PC will be second fiddle

Same here... but I've a job now, so I can't just sit here messing about on H.... hang on... work... oh heck I forgot again, I've a job

How long do I spend on the computer? Well I try to spend as much time as possible. Being in school sucks, and writing exams sucks even more , so no that much at the moment. But its the last year and then I will be on from about the time I wake up until till I pass out in two days time. Repeat process.
