I am a disable blue barge holder and Hemel Hempstead Council gave me a parking ticket for parking in a residence parking Zone.
After righting to them they with drew the ticket.
So it is O.K to park outside your house If you pay for it , but not O.K. if you can only walk a short way without help and you want see friends.
