Hi there,
My name is Lucy and I'm a writer for the Daily Express. I am putting together a feature called 'Fashion moved on but we stayed the same', which is to feature people who have chosen to remain in a fashion time warp. We already have a 1950s addict and a punk and are now looking for a woman (25-50) who still dresses in typical 1970s garb.
