I am Being Forsaken!
About a year ago I promised myself that I would gradualy improve my diet to the point were I could eat what ever I wanted (being what ever I wanted would be good for me, Logical see.) But Now that this initative seems to be working, (like momentum it's taken some time to stop me eating certain things), I'm finding I'm drinking less , shocked to the bones am I at this latest analsis, I was wondering if anyone has any tips? I stoped taking Milk in tea because at work they have that horible UHT, and sugar is ok only sometimes.
Help Me!

Wow!..Do i need to read the whole thing just a few more times, or could the very core of this, presumably pretty troublesome, diet-problem be made -by any chance- a little clearer, or the coffee-situation slightlier translucent to the Innocent bystander.. ?

Tea is bad for you.
Tannins impair the uptake of certain nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract.
Plus it is dehydrating.

I've never drunk coffe, I find it not as nice, and everyone else does, so to be an awkward git, I've never got into it .
I can't think what, it just seems that as I've weened myself of soft drinks and cut down on the , I've taken to eating and drinking water. but for some reason my consumption is going down.

Sorry, haven´t learned to tell a teacup from a coffe-mug..Anyhoo; Coffee is excellent, when u need to rise before actureally wanting to, or staying up later than u´r body really finds suitable, and i occasionally appreciate it, cos it took me 6 month´s of painstakin practice to get used to that bitter ,black fluid. , ..but that is obviously besides the point here.. ..Hmm. -What kind of tea are we into here? Herbal, black or green?

normal, and er, apple. I supose I could try some others...
Coffee is just one of those drugs of which I have no use, I'm a programmer and by trade have learned to stay awake for long periods.

Normal, as in black tea? , meaning probably Ceylon.. Whether spiced up with apple- or bergamotte-flavour, u could take the above mentioned sideeffects into account, and feel lucky.. U probably don´t smoke, being a programmer and all, so the alleged cancer-risk reducing effect of black tea, is of no likely concern to you.. Ever tried green tea? Good anti-oxydating agent as well.. By the way, what makes coffee a drug ,if tea is´nt one? and what sort of drugs DO u need?

Green tea is actually the same as black tea, only it has not been through the same fermenting-process.. ..I should´nt be able to say how well-assorted your neighborhood tea-pusher is, but it´s not like bying powdered tiger-fangs or.. -He might give u the odd eyeball, though, but thats the kind of thing you come to expect, picking anything but the usual stuff... -Do u have a local chinaman? (..i´d suggest "special gunpowder" -"temple of heaven"-brand) A.D.

From de old, Associated Dairies, it's now owned by Wallmart, it's a UK company that has kept it's brand ASDA for a while now...

I am a foreigner, and appearantly not as well aquaintant with your language as i usually flatter myself for being.. Or are you asking me whether i find it probable that you could buy green, or any other selection of tea, .. at a dairy? (i always thought dairies busied themselves providing milkproducts.. and nothing else) ..Silly me, or some sort of joke? Anyway, wallmart´s probly got some popular pickwick- or Lipton-variety. I wish u good luck on your quest, don´t give up, u have as much of a right to enjoy a cup of tea as anybody, regardless of colour or origin.. A.D.

It WAS a Dairy, It's kept the name, but it's not a major supermarket chain in the UK.
