Here it is the first warm 
sunny weather since about March or February. According to the business community, if we don't *buy* *now* our loved ones will miss out on Christmas cheer and good will to all cash registers (which is what they *really* care about! 
Jimmy is at the last of his NCEA exams for this year, today and I got an A- for my assignment in Learning Technologies about using application software for teaching purposes. (NCEA English in fact, what fun to pretend to be teaching 15 year olds!) 
Wishing all, a very merry (early) Christmas! (Never fear, I'll no doubt be back before December 25th)

I always get good school reports and I never get rewards.
I think that people expect perfection of me, that's why when I deliver it I get nothing.

No, we watched the sf movie 'Pitch Black' with Vin Diesel, it was brilliant! Australian, probably, to judge by the accents of all except VD... Our reception of Prime is so bad, we decided to go with Pitch Black, and are glad we did!

It had a parental advisory on it, for coarse language - but the story was *very* exciting, so I over-looked (mostly) the effing and blinding.

well the effing and blinding was nothing like a tarentino(SP) film. It's very good.
