"My Other Computer is a Macintosh"

Possibly because they had 'localhost' in them rather than the IP?
Works ->
http://82.42.98.165/photo/chris/Aston%20Screenshots/Desktop1.png
Doesn't Work ->
http://localhost/photo/chris/Aston%20Screenshots/Desktop2.png

*looks back*

, , , , , and !
Oops. I'm forever doing that - but 'localhost' is a lot easier to type than 82.42.98.165.
Shall I print the URLs again, or is everyone satisfied with the Photohost & blog link?

Good good.
ZoneAlarm has me thorougly confused now. It's telling me that my IP is what it is not; I assume it's too daft to see past any proxy servers. That would certainly explain it.
Any ideas?
If I get bored, I'll probably write a IP echo script which doesn't look past proxies, and one which does to see if I can match that other IP.

Oh, thanks, but it's simple really. There are at least two methods I know of for echoing the local machine's IP - and I know one of those is flawed in that it doesn't see past proxies.
So it's just a matter of
echo function();

Oh ok, seems fairly straightforward.
I suppose there must be a reason why one of the functions doesn't see past proxies, can't think what it is though

I know what it is. One of them's rubbish.
Although it could be quite handy in some situations. Such as mine - I'm not sure if there actually is a getProxyServer() either.
It's probably just the proxy that ZA is picking up on anyway, so it doesn't really bother me.
