Dear Professor, Are you sure that their are no monsters still around?

How did the Greeks manage to kill them off, assuming that their aren't any left around anymore?

I'm afraid this is the best I can do, having not even thumbed the idiots guide to your Greek 'posting'. But I would be interested to know more about the monster issue which you tackle early in your posting.
