Can anyone tell me the origins of Charlie Hull's old Rotherham United shirt?

I'm afraid not. According to one of the DVD commentaries, though, Rotherham FC offered to send Steve one of their new shirts - but the League felt that to wear an up-to-date footie shirt would be to betray the character, so they declined.
