i nearly killed my laptop, it doesn't like hot chocolate nearly as much as I do! Thankfully the hot chocolate missed, and now my textbooks all smell of hot chocoalte and have a brown colour to them (i forsee awkward questions!!)

eek! Hot drinks and computers do not go well together. Or cold drinks come to that!

No. Food doesn't go well with computers either. I got bread crumbs stuck beneath the keys!

Apparently beer is not so good for keyboards - and I know from personal experience that dropping them on the floor is not so good either!

so i should keep quiet about eating saussage rolls over the keyboard?

Thankfully it still works. The new (optical) mouse got soaked in hot chocolate and it works after i took it apart (and me poking around inside any sorth of technology is d*mned dnagerous, for the technology!)

I have no idea how I've avoided doing that sort of thing. I'm completely careless.

Normally i'm okay because when i'm in my room my coffe mug isn't on the same desk as my laptop. The scary thing is that was the second tiem i nearly killed my laptop!
