Isn`t it time you updated your journal? Especially in light of your last entry?!
Oh, I was reading one of your posts and thought i would let you see this:
“ Work like you don’t need the money, love like you’ve never been hurt, and dance like no one is watching.”

Hello there
Good to see you here.
Thank you for the quote - its one of my all time favourites but I can never remember who it was who said it! Gives hope to people like me who really cant dance but actually quite enjoy it as well as being all round good advice!
I am in two minds as to putting up another journal - dont want to upset GD or make a fuss - I had not really wanted to do a journal about it all in the first place
I was however considering doing a New Years Journal with my resolutions again - just have to figure what they are!
How are things with you?

The problem- it would seem, to writing a very personal account of your life is that this site is just too public.
As to how I am- My feelings vary with the hour and often darken with the sky. As the end of the year approaches my despair at the thought of another year like the last fills me with dread. However, right now i don`t feel too bad. Positive mental attitude! Things WILL go right for me- in 2003!

It is possible to talk about very personal stuff here without giving too many details - my earlier journals talked about what were some very tough times for me
Its just harder when it involves someone here
2003 will be a good year if you stay true to your heart
I certainly think thats going ot be one of my resolutions along with another year of trying to laugh more

I have not done mine yet either - rahter like the whole of this last year - doing things just as time runs out ...
Maybe there is a resolution in there ...

I`m not sure resolutions are such a good thing. I`d like to change all the things in my life that make me unhappy, but that would involve so much change that I wonder if I have the energy to even try.

Each small change you make brings with it a little extra energy to tackle the next step - and since you have already changed something there is less left to change.
Making small changes soon adds up and you will find that you have actually made some big changes in your life

In the evening we will be drinking at Penderel's Oak on High Holborn, a lovely pub near the h2g2 offices.
High Holborn is the name of the street, the pub is between Chancery Lane and Holborn tube stations, Holborn is on the Picadilly line.
The pub is on the corner of High Holborn and a little alley which is either Big or Little turnstile. This alley runs through to the north east corner of Lincoln Inn's fields.
