I saw this film when I was young(er), so I can't remember much of it. It's an animated film about the last unicorn, obviously, and a young magician who isn't any good at magic. At least that's how I remember it. I remember being extremely touched by this film, although I can't recall the plot or ending or anything really. I do remember the music, though. The music is excellent, and the feelings I felt when I watched the film come surging back when I remember the title song.
Great stuff.
Btw, if whoever is reading this knows the ending, please PLEASE DON'T post it here!

oh yes indeed, this one is one of the true classics, even though it does not reach the book in depth, it easily outruns it in matters of atmospheric characterisation. the wonderfully animated unicorn... the stunning music provided by the band america, especially the title song which is one of the greatest ballads ever to be composed... the last unicorn is definitely a wonderful movie. i've watched it for the first time on my very first christmas eve as i was told, and i watched it every christmas eve, ever since... its a tradition, and those die hard for me... well anyways, i watch the movie quite often between holidays, and it has still got moving moments. one of the few films that do never get boring or old.
