Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. My grandfather moved here in 1925 or 26 -- he was 13, I believe. He's never been back. I guess the whole "class system" at the time really bothered him (they were on the lower end of it). One of the first things he asked me when I came back from London the first time I was there was if the class system was still like it was when he was living there. I told him I didn't notice it -- more more middle class than anything now, I suppose!
