Just to let you all know that I wont be around until the 5th of January after Xmas eve lunch time as I am on holiday and will be relaxing away from the computer.

Right, now you're back. 
I've just noticed that you're in France for a year. I expect I've noticed that so late that you're probably packing to come home again. Are you enjoying it? And is the country *really* big enough that you don't keep bumping into Whisky?

Don't worry I'm here for another 6 months as yet. I haven't bumped into Whiskey yet though I don't know where abouts he is.... I'm sure a detour could be arranged!
I'm loving it, working fairly hard and playing hard too, spending almost every euro cent I earn and having a damn good time!
