I may wrong... but I can't find a derivation for " Aris" meaning "Arse"...
I believe it's rhyming slang as in "Aris" = (short for) "Aristotle" = rhyming slang for "bottle" = contraction of "bottle of glass" = rhyming slang for "arse" !
Sorry,... just thought that ought to be mde clear !
