Another one I'd used for years without knowing it to be CRS is:
Burk, in full, Berkshire Hunt = ladies private parts, as in "That geezer's a right burk, ee 'is!"
Whistle and flute = suit
Pig's ear = beer
Thruppenies, in full, thruppenny bits = breasts
The list is endless!
