Yes. BTW, Primestar is not a 'telco'(just realized what you meant at last message). It is the satellite TV provider I am currently using. They are supposed to upgrade me to their parent company(DirecTV) and set me up to recieve satellite internet(DirecPC). What a joke. Most of the people on the customer service line have no clue what they're talking about. I get a different answer everytime I call about the same problem. I guess I just have to live with it. They've got me by the b***s. I can't get a fast connection any other way from my location.
